How to get your first 10 MSP customers


How did you find your first 10 MSP customers, and is that is different from how you get customers today?

I would imagine for an MSP the first 10 customers are very hard to get, and would probably come from existing solid relationships from businesses you already did break/fix work for.

Also, what did you learn from those first 10 customers? Did you underprice too much and have to live with it or make adjustments later on?
